Refund & Returns Policy
Overview

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are subject to the refund and return policies outlined below. Refund eligibility depends on how your order is fulfilled. Orders may be fulfilled through in-store pickup or third-party shipping via Southern Foods. Please review the applicable section carefully before placing your order.


In-Store Pickup Orders

All chicken pies and food items purchased for in-store pickup are considered final sale.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect item, or

  • The item was damaged or unsafe at the time of pickup

Any issue must be reported at the time of pickup or within 24 hours of pickup, along with proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to pick up an order

  • Improper storage or handling after pickup

  • Issues reported after the 24-hour window

Once an order leaves our store, we are not responsible for product quality affected by storage, reheating, or handling.


Shipped Orders Fulfilled by Southern Foods

Some chicken pies are shipped directly through Southern Foods, a third-party fulfillment provider.

Orders fulfilled by Southern Foods are subject to Southern Foods’ shipping, handling, and refund policies. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Shipping timelines

  • Packaging methods

  • Carrier delays

  • Temperature control during transit

We do not issue refunds or replacements for shipped orders due to:

  • Delivery delays

  • Carrier issues

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Temperature changes during shipping

Any shipping-related concerns, refund requests, or damage claims must be handled in accordance with Southern Foods’ policies. We are happy to assist customers with contact information or claim guidance, but we are not financially responsible for third-party fulfillment issues.


Perishable Food Disclaimer

All products sold are perishable food items. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products once they have been picked up or shipped.


Order Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct fulfillment method at checkout

  • Providing accurate contact and shipping information

  • Reviewing order details before completing purchase
